Everest Base Camp Packing Lists

Before trekking to Everest Base Camp, you should make sure to have the following packing checklists depending on the time or season you are planning to visit. Here are the packing lists that you need to have during summer and winter months.

A) Wearable Items
Warm fleece hat
Scarf or sun hat
Thin and lightweight inner socks
Thick and warm wool hiking socks
Hiking boots and camp shoes
Gaiters to hike during winter season
Gloves of both lightweight and heavyweight
Breathable sports undergarments
Lightweight long pants made from cotton
Wool pants or fleece pants
Waterproof shell pants
T-shirts
Fleece pullover or jacket
Fleece wind-stopper jacket
Breathable and waterproof shell jacket

B) Accessories
Sleeping bags of lightweight and good quality plus rated to zero degree of Fahrenheit
Headlamps with powerful batteries and spare bulbs
Trekking bags
Basic first aid box/kit
Large size of plastic bags
Trekking Poles
Toiletries and water bottles
Personal hygiene, such as tissues or toilet roll, wet or baby wipes, anti-bacterial type of hand wash
